For professionals

The right professionalschange everything. We make sure ourmembers find them.

A private community of capable women in the US and UK — and the vetted network of professionals who serve them at every step.

US & UK

One platform, two jurisdictions, members on both sides of the Atlantic.

Vetted first

No fee gains entry to the directory without passing our assessment.

Warm intros

Every member is briefed before she meets you. No cold leads, ever.

Built for a specific kind of client

Opal Circle is a private membership community for women navigating divorce or bereavement. We operate simultaneously in the US and UK, combining a peer community, a vetted professional network, and curated content in one platform.

Our members are not looking for sympathy. They are looking for the right people around them. They are highly capable women who, in many cases, were the financial passenger in their marriage and are now taking the wheel for the first time. They are motivated, they are ready to engage, and they have the resources to act.

The provider network exists to serve them well at every step of that journey.

What it means to be a Trusted Provider

Being listed as an Opal Circle Trusted Provider involves a commercial arrangement. But it begins with meeting our standards, not with a payment. No fee gains entry to our directory without passing our vetting process first. The assessment comes first. The commercial relationship follows.

01

Formal application

A structured application about your practice, your specialisms, and how you work.

02

Independent verification

Credentials and regulatory standing, verified independently.

03

Personal interview

A conversation with our founder or Community Head.

04

Professional references

References from peers and past clients who know your work.

Each year we carry out a lighter renewal process to reflect any changes in your practice, credentials, or circumstances since you joined. If nothing has changed, there is very little for you to do.

The designation signals to our members that we stand behind you. That is not something we give lightly, and it is not something we maintain without ongoing care and attention.

In return, it gives you something a standard directory listing cannot: an introduction to a pre-qualified client who already trusts the source and is ready to have a conversation.

What we ask of you

Being listed carries a set of commitments. These are not bureaucratic requirements. They are the standards that make the network worth something.

A named individual or team

Your listing is personal. Members are introduced to a specific person or team who has been vetted, not routed to a general intake. You will also nominate a backup for when your primary contact is unavailable.

A complimentary introductory meeting or call

Every Opal Circle member is entitled to a no-obligation introductory conversation before any engagement begins.

A 48-hour response

When we make an introduction, we ask that you acknowledge it within 48 hours. Members are in the middle of something difficult, and prompt contact makes a real difference.

Written fee transparency

Before any engagement begins, we would love for the member to receive a written fee estimate so she can move forward with full confidence in what to expect.

Notification of any material change

If your regulatory status, capacity, or anything else changes that would affect your ability to serve members, please let us know as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us

This is a two-way relationship. Here is what we commit to in return.

Warm, pre-qualified introductions

We do not send cold leads. When we introduce a member to you, she has already been briefed on who you are and why we recommend you. We also make sure the match works both ways: that your specialism, approach, and jurisdiction are genuinely right for her situation. She arrives ready to have a conversation.

A dedicated point of contact

You will always have a named person at Opal Circle to reach. Not a helpdesk. Not an inbox.

Opportunities to contribute

As our platform grows, we create content for our community: a Substack, a podcast, masterclasses. If you have expertise that would serve our members and you are interested in contributing, we will create the space for that. There is no obligation.

A growing network

Our introductions are only as valuable as our membership. We are building this deliberately and carefully. As the community grows, so does the referral volume we can offer.

How introductions work

The introduction

When a member identifies a need in your category, her Community Head makes the introduction. You will receive a brief note with enough context to prepare for the first conversation, without compromising her privacy beyond what is necessary.

From there, it is your relationship

The relationship is between you and her. We do not sit in the middle of client engagements. What we do is follow up, collect feedback, and stay close enough to know whether the introduction served her well.

Both sides arrive prepared

We brief our members on what to expect from a first meeting with a provider. They arrive prepared. We ask the same of you.
